Steve has been teaching fitness for over 15 years and as a result has come to a place where yoga and meditation is his passion.  He embraces the established practice of Yoga, but also uses modern day physiological research and the benefits of movement to enhance the techniques use by the masters.

Steve is a YRT 200 hour certified yoga instructor, and spiritually focused toward healing and meditation.   As an advocate of  being in the present moment, he holds guided meditations during class that are designed to lead students into a state of the deepest level of now.  He believes meditation has a lasting effect of calm which permeates our being if we practice it regularly.  Please browse the meditation page for a description of the benefits, tips and techniques for meditation and links to meditation audio.
