Classes

Please join us in the Great Hall at Veasey Memorial Park every Wednesday at 7pm for a wonderful Vinyasa class with meditation.  The class is 75 minutes long, single class dues are $8 each or a 6 class pass for $40.   It is a small investment to make on your journey toward well being!

Stephen also teaches Yoga Essentials at the Bradford Latitude club, 7:30pm on Mondays.

New class!  Please join us at Voters Dance for a Friday 5:45pm all levels Vinyasa class.  Voters is located at 341 S. Broadway # 16, Salem, NH.
